Our fees depend on our clients’ needs. Ideally, we work with clients on a monthly/quarterly basis to provide agreed upon deliverables. However, if the client is seeking short-term guidance or has a ad hoc project they need assistance with, we also charge an hourly rate to help see the project through completion. We request that all clients pay an up-front retainer for services, whether it be for monthly/quarterly services or for special projects. Before signing the engagement letter and invoicing for initial the retainer, we will discuss the engagement with our clients to ensure we are all on the same page and clear about the scope of work. If after getting started, the scope of the project changes, we will discuss with client and adjust fee’s accordingly.
